My path to psychiatric care has been anything but conventional — and I believe that's what sets my approach apart. In 2018, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching from Arizona State University. Over the following eight years, I worked as both a life coach and a registered nurse, helping individuals cultivate lasting well-being through mindfulness practices, guided imagery, and sustainable lifestyle changes. That foundation instilled in me a deep appreciation for treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Driven by a desire to provide deeper, more comprehensive mental health support, I pursued advanced psychiatric training and earned my PMHNP certification through Purdue University in November 2024. My clinical experience spans a wide range of conditions, including severe mental illness, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and PTSD.

I have a particular passion for integrative psychiatry and holistic wellness. While I recognize that psychiatric medication plays a valuable and sometimes essential role in treatment, I believe true healing often requires a broader lens — one that accounts for the full complexity of who you are. I am committed to partnering with each client to develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that honor their unique needs, values, and personal goals.
